West Midlands based singer-songwriter and musician Jack Blackman is set to ignite conversations across the United Kingdom with the release of his powerful protest song ‘Citizen of Nowhere.’

‘Citizen of Nowhere’ instantly captivates with the grungy guitar arrangement and energetic melodic hooks and then Jack Blackman unleashes stirring vocals.

This electrifying rock anthem takes a deep dive into the socio-political landscape of the UK, offering a compelling commentary on the state of the nation.

The song delves into themes such as inequality, corruption and greed, resonating with individuals who share similar concerns about the direction in which the country is headed.

‘Citizen of Nowhere’ serves as a bold expression of frustration and a call for change, encapsulating the sentiment of many who feel disconnected or disillusioned with the status quo.

Blackman expresses his passion for the project, stating, “I wrote ‘Citizen of Nowhere’ as a way to voice my own frustrations and connect with others who are concerned about the state of our nation.

Music has always been a powerful tool for sparking dialogue and social change, and I hope this song can contribute to that in some way.”

In addition to the single release, Jack Blackman is preparing to release a compelling music video that amplifies the song’s message and adds a visual dimension to the protest.

The video was shot and edited by acclaimed videographer Steve Graham (Paul McCartney, Manic Street Preachers, Killing Joke, INXS).
