‘Burnt’ is the latest alt-rock offering from Melbourne, Australian native Collo filled with atmospheric beats, lush synths, melodic hooks juxtaposed with Coolo’s captivating and hot knife lyricism. The song also features strong and impactful vocals from wonderful Italian female vocalist, Dee Wolf.
Speaking on the inspiration behind ‘Burnt’ he tells us: “This is a song about a girl who has got into a relationship with a guy who she already had a failed relationship with previously. Unfortunately this time around it also turned out badly for her. She was “Burnt” by this guy a second time – but she is determined to fight back and move forward from this difficult experience.”
His discography so far further proves the range of his songwriting prowess, propelling him from an undiscovered gem into the pantheon of modern alternative rock greats.
