Conal Kelly returns with another pop gem ‘Mallory (Nobody Quite Like You)’

Bristol-based artist Conal Kelly returns today with his new single ‘Mallory (Nobody Quite Like You)’, adding another quirky pop gem to his acclaimed collection. Receiving support from Jack Saunders of BBC Radio One and recently recording with BBC Introducing at Maida Vale Studios, Conal Kelly is making a name for himself as one to watch.

His latest offering sees his breathy falsetto glide over shimmering guitar riffs and dynamic percussion, delivering addictive melodies that will leave listeners compelled to stick the track on repeat. With romantic lyricism and a distinctive vocal tone, Conal Kelly is crafting an unforgettable sound that is sure to take him to the top.

Discussing his new release, Conal reveals: “Initially when I wrote the song, it wasn’t about anyone in particular, but I knew I wanted to have a name as the title. For the longest time I had the name ‘Emily’ stuck in my head, which was the name of my housemate’s girlfriend… so I figured I better think of something else. Fortunately ‘Mallory’ fits the melody perfectly and also, doesn’t get me into trouble, which is always a bonus.”
