Cristina Hart release infectious new single “Crash”

Cristina Hart is a quickly becoming a rising star within the music industry. Her previous single “Never Be Her” has put her on the map, landing 2,000 pre-saves, 1m TikTok views and tastemaker support from EARMILK, POPMATTERS, BBC Intro Essex and BBC Radio 1 Mollie King Best New Pop. After taking a well-deserved break to focus on her mental health and develop herself, there’s anticipation for her forthcoming project “Online Therapy.”

Her latest single “Crash” is taken from her project “Online Therapy.” The track features a colourful melting pot of grooving bass lines, riff-roaring guitar lines and thrashing drums. On top, her vocals come drenched in pop sensibilities, soaked in personality and work hand in glove with emotionally-penned lyrics. The track is pop anthem that will be sure to get you singing at the top of your lungs.

Speaking about the track, she says: “‘Crash’ is my angriest song to date, and yet at the same time the most raw and vulnerable I’ve ever been.  It’s about the worst before it gets better. It’s about losing someone you naively assumed would always be there only to realize that nothing lasts forever. That realization and grief can be so painful and numbing that it feels like no one around you could possibly understand what you’re going through. I started online therapy two weeks before writing this song and it really felt like ‘being hit by a bus’..”

Cristina has received accolades in abundance already. She’s worked with the likes of Matt Wills, Woody (Bastille) and Saltwives (Zayn Malik, Jason Derulo, Blackpink) as well as writing for other artists including Kenzie, Arthur Hill and Emie Nathan. She’s already got a busy 2023, supporting Cameron Hayes in February and supporting Sonny Tennet on his UK tour in March. She’s not an act to miss, and we can see her going straight to the top.
