DENSE release new garage-punk single ‘Reckoning’

Hailing from Leeds, garage-punk outfit DENSE have revealed their new single ‘Reckoning’, bringing an unmatched energy to their sound. Driven by heavy percussion and impassioned vocals, DENSE cram in fuzzy rock elements and moments of dissonance to convey the emotional throes that the lyrics convey.

Speaking about their new single, DENSE share: “This was the first track we wrote together in 12 months post-lockdown, and it feels like the track absorbed and channeled a lot of our pent-up energy and frustration that the three of us individually experienced during isolation.”

‘Reckoning’ has been mixed by Ross Orton, who has worked with the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Drenge and Working Men’s Club amongst other notable names. DENSE have made a name for themselves with their energetic live performances, having shared stages with the likes of Flat Worms and Prettiest Eyes. Set for great heights, DENSE are certainly a group to look out for.
