As politely as I can say this, you need to stop what you are doing and go have a listen to ‘Run Boy Pt. 2.’ It is the latest single from an incredible band that goes by the moniker ‘Not Now Norman.’ They have released a string of awesome music, and this is just the latest effort from the hard rock band. Though they are distinctly rock, they do not fall into any stereotypical conventions. They do their own thing, and it is what makes them so interesting to listen to.
‘Run Boy Pt. 2’ is a remix of sorts of their already incredible ‘Run Boy.’ For this go-around, ‘Not Now Norman’ employs the talents of another amazing music artist names Victoria Owsnett. A talented and successful artist in her own right, she adds a depth to the interpretation of the song in a really unique way. As it turns out, she and lead singer Taylor-Grace have more in common that just incredible vocals. They both were abused by the same person and found strength and healing in each other. This touching collaboration makes this track so special.
Sonically and lyrically, ‘Not Now Norman’ are in a league of their own. Their specialty of edgy music with phenomenal lyrics makes for an addicting, well-rounded combination.
