Eli Way has unveiled a brand new track called ‘Papercut‘ which features the silky vocal work of LA-based Cehryl.
The new track is Way’s first release on the Majestic Casual imprint and sees him combine his stellar production techniques with the singer’s ultra-smooth vox. From start to finish ‘Papercut‘ is a straight groove with shuffling beats, dreamy chimes and heart-melting synth chords. Tune in below.
Speaking about the track the Chicago-based producer states: “We hoped to capture the traditional boombap sound with a slightly more contemporary updated feel.”
