Franki’s debut EP ‘Rinse, repeat’ will be the pop soundtrack to your summer

Rising artist Franki has dropped his debut EP ‘Rinse, repeat’, providing the perfect summer soundtrack through his shimmery pop anthems. With a sound reminiscent of The 1975 and LANY, listeners will be hooked from the very first beat and drawn into Franki’s world of atmospheric synths, smooth vocals, and euphoric melodies. Lead track ‘Talk Again’ showcases Franki’s on-trend chill-pop style and his romantically vulnerable lyricism.

He says of the track: “‘Talk Again’ encapsulates a lot of what the EP is about for me which is uncertainty in love. How easy it can be to get lost in the midst of your emotions and to go back on your decisions despite having no clear outlook on what you want. The entire EP for me is a collection of emotions that accompany you through the journey of falling in and out of love and how draining and repetitive the process can be. I think ‘Talk Again’ signifies one of the hardest parts of that journey for me, the place of complete indecision and overwhelming doubt.”

The five-track project marks an impressive debut for Franki, indicating that the Dublin-based artist has a promising future lying ahead of him. The buoyant ‘Santa Monica’ and magnetic single ‘are you gonna’ received national airplay on BBC and 2FM, with the new project ‘Rinse, repeat’ set to propel Franki to even greater heights.
