Glasgow DJ and Producer K4CIE releases Live DJ Set

Glasgow based DJ and producer K4CIE announces the release of her upcoming DJ set, live from renowned venue Room 2. K4CIE delves into an eclectic mix of amapiano, afrobeats and hip-hop across the hour-long set.

The SAMA award winner has been influential in shaping the Glasgow music scene. Having founded ‘Peach,’ an events platform in Scotland with the aim of featuring more women in both lineups and audiences; Tiffany Calver, ShaSimone and Jyoty are just some of the names who have graced the event’s stage.

K4CIE’s DJ selections have quickly earned her slots at renowned events (The Warehouse Project), store launches, tour support (House of Pharoahs, Pierre Bourne, Sam Wise), and festivals (All Points East, Wireless, Reading and Leeds Festival), with guest appearances on national radio stations across the UK. Recently, K4CIE launched her own music studio in Glasgow, 644 Studios, a multi-room recording and creative hub designed to foster the local creative scene.

K4CIE’s productions have made waves in the UK music scene, leading to her being sought after by RAYE for an all-women recording session at Church Studios, producing the UEFA Euro 2020 Adidas Advert and the official advertisement for International Women’s Day. Subsequently, K4CIE has gone on to collaborate with Warner Records, participated in Noatune writing camps, and secured a placement on the BBC drama ‘Rise Of The Phoenix.’

A true pioneer in the scene, K4CIE is a serious one to watch as her name continues to echo venue to venue, with this mix showcasing just a taster of what the upcoming DJ has in the pipeline.
