Green Man reveals 15th anniversary headliners

Green Man Festival has confirmed its headliners alongside a slew of other acts for its 2017 instalment.

PJ Harvey, Future Islands and Ryan Adams are all set to head up the weekender, taking place 17-20 August in the Brecon Beacons.

Also confirmed on the bill are Michael Kiwanuka, Lambchop, Conor Oberst, and Field Music.

An independent music and arts festival, Green Man is this year celebrating its fifteenth anniversary. This year’s headliners are all 2017 UK festival exclusives.

Ryan Adams is currently touring the UK in support of his sixteenth studio album Prisoner, released on February 17th via Pax Am/Blue Note. He earlier this week unveiled a special box-set edition of the album, featuring – among other goodies – each song off the album as its own individual 12″, a play set of Adams’ stage set-up and 2-D figures of his band with pedalboard accessories. Twelve randomly selected copies of the box set will also feature a unique special single recorded by Adams using a vintage Voice-o-Graph booth.
