Greta Isaac unveils eclectic new EP ‘I Think You’d Hate It Here’

Greta Isaac is back with her second EP, ‘I Think You’d Hate It Here’, completed by the new acoustic single ‘Mediocrity’. A soft and elegant sounding track, Greta’s vocal harmonies and soft plucked strings bring a delightful sound that joins existing hits from the uproar of ‘PAYRI$E’ to the gracefulness of ‘Polyfilla’.

Taking a more positive direction on this EP’s songwriting than her debut, 2021’s ‘Pessimist’, Greta still keeps to her cross-genre style, with songs ranging from folk and alt-rock, to the poppiest electronics around. With growing support from the mainstream press like Radio One and Sunday Times, Greta’s new EP looks to cement her as the next big thing.

Speaking about the collection of songs as a whole, Greta spoke out on how: “The first EP really bookmarked things in my life that were life changing, but these new songs are more curious. I feel free from needing them to be the best songs in the world and because of that the process of writing them was so enjoyable. It doesn’t matter  what happens now; I’m just keeping my intentions in check. I think that will always make it a better experience.”
