IMMENSE, Hellish and Someone Else unveil future bass anthem ‘Countless Things’

Hailing from India, Hellish And Someone Else have established themselves as a power duo within dance music, even receiving praise from Rolling Stone India twice. Their debut collaboration “Hello” was released last year with massive acclaim, while they have just teamed up with previous collaborator IMMENSE to share “Countless Things.”

A nostalgic yet cathartic single, “Countless Things” touches on topics such as overthinking your feelings and not allowing people into your life, a universal and relatable story that is bound to touch many. Starting off with washed-out guitar melodies and minimal percussion, “Countless Things” is dominated by Hellish’s soothing voice, before IMMENSE and Someone Else showcase their production skills by crafting a euphoric melodic bass drop that is filled with expert sound design and anthemic melodies. As Hellish explains about the song:

“I think this is where my angry teen persona comes into play, the kind of person I’ve always been, the moment for self-expression is finally here, where I’m not faking everything being sunshine and rainbows, this record means a lot to me cause it marks a start to the artist I’ve always wanted to become but never would have imagined to be, at least not at seventeen.”
