Introducing Rising Pop Artist CHAiLD and His Latest EP “Urgent Care”

CHAiLD

Meet CHAiLD, the young and rising pop artist hailing from Luxembourg and currently based in Brussels. At just 25 years old, CHAiLD has already made a name for himself in the music scene, with opening slots for musical idols Dean Lewis and Mahmood, as well as performances at various festivals like Sonic Vision Festival in Luxembourg and Dockville in Germany.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Troye Sivan, Sam Smith, Julia Michaels, and Mø, CHAiLD has created a unique style of pop music that integrates his Italian roots. But it’s not just his music that sets him apart. CHAiLD is also a generational voice for queer youth in need of self-expression, with his soothing yet intense voice taking listeners on a journey through his melancholic universe.

CHAiLD just released his new EP, “Urgent Care”, which he wrote during a time when he felt helpless and used songwriting as a way to cope with anxiety. The EP is a powerful and vulnerable exploration of CHAiLD’s journey towards self-acceptance and healing. Through honest lyrics and soulful melodies, CHAiLD shares his realization that vulnerability is not a weakness but rather a way to connect with others and with oneself.

To celebrate the release of the EP, CHAiLD has a number of live dates scheduled, including an EP release show at Kulturfabrik in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg on April 15th, and appearances at Tallinn Music Week in Estonia, Fête de la Musique Kopstal in Luxembourg, and more.

In a world where vulnerability is often seen as weakness, CHAiLD’s music serves as a reminder that it is okay not to be fine all the time and that it is important to ask for help. “Urgent Care” is a must-listen for anyone who appreciates raw and honest music that speaks to the soul.
