Following on from the success of their previous collaboration ‘Made It’ which secured support from UK RADIO, Jay Productions and Mars have teamed up again to release a joint EP entitled BIPOLAR, fronted by lead single ‘5 to 9’. The track arrives alongside visuals directed by 1Time Productions and hosted on GRM Daily. Featuring Mars’ fierce bars alongside Jay Productions’ smooth vocals on the hook, this slick drill-inspired track presents another sensational collab from the duo.
Discussing the new track, Jay Productions shares: “‘5 to 9’ is about achieving your goals no matter what it takes. It’s a spin off of the word 9am-5pm as that’s the normal working hours but being an artist/producer, hours can be 5am-9pm sometimes. It’s a play on the words but at the same time it shows the truth behind constantly striving to work and reach our dreams.”
Featuring six tracks, BIPOLAR showcases the talent of the two London-based acts. From Jay Productions’ dynamic productions to Mars’ punchy rap flows, this project is a stand-out release on the UK scene.
