As the days get shorter and autumn slowly arrives, Norway’s pop titans KEiiNO return with a slamming new single to wake everybody up. ‘Get Up’ is the first single in a new series of releases, brimming with energy and positivity, it serves as the perfect wake-up call.
‘Get Up’ may be KEiiNO’s catchiest song to date, with an instantly infectious hook taking a huge nod to the 90s. The production is almost exclusively based on sounds coming out of Fred, Tom and Alexandra’s mouths: Singing, beatboxing, huffing, growling and joik have been processed and supplemented by a few drum machine-samples.
Tom Hugo says: “We are so excited for this new single, and for all the songs to follow! We’ve been working lots in the studio this year, traveling both around Norway and internationally to challenge ourselves, work with amazing new people, and hopefully create some bangers for the dancefloor”
