DJ Shadow has just dropped his surprise EP, The Mountain Has Fallen, featuring Nas, Danny Brown, and Steven Price.

Speaking about his last record, The Mountain Will Fall, Shadow detailed that the release was a risk after he walked away from a “comfortable major-label” record deal. Discussing his latest offering the producer stated, “So I guess you could say that this new EP is my version of a victory lap, it’s a celebration, and an extension of those confident steps forward.”
