Lucy Rose has released a brand new track- ‘Floral Dresses‘.
The track, which features the soaring harmonies of The Staves, is Rose’s debut for Communion Records, and the first for her next record – the follow up to acclaimed sophomore LP Work It Out and last December’s intimate Live At Urchin Studios record.
“When I wrote ‘Floral Dresses’ it really reminded me about who I was, and I always think that some of the best songs are the ones which can stand on their own with just one instrument,” Rose told The Line Of Best Fit. “The message is pretty clear and I hope other people will find comfort in it, and realise they are different but also the same as many people.”
Rose also recently shared a trailer for an upcoming documentary about her DIY tour across Latin and South America last year. Watch the first trailer.
