Musically, I see the chorus/verse dynamic as a dialogue of sorts between RnB and Shoegaze, a connection between my present and my past. Going back to the mood of the song, sharing these kinds of feelings have always been important to me, without shame or judgement. I think there is beauty to be found even when “the sky is falling”.”
