Mighloe is a singer-songwriter based in Toronto who deals exclusively in sun-kissed RnB. Having been putting out music since 2018, her most recent single ‘SUNFLOWER‘ is her second of this year. The release is dreamy escape with sultry guitars that sit drenched in pools of reverb alongside Mighloe’s shining vocal performance.
Opening up about the release, Mighloe explains:
“It’s about finding strength in my fragility. Forgiving my uprooting and replanting myself. I pay homage to my pain, and feel powerful in my scars.”
The video plays out an Adam and Eve-esque narrative which sees love blossom over weekend-washing and imagery that is reminiscent to the 2019 film Midsommar – but much less frightening.
