Noah Solt teases album release with long-awaited title track ‘Big Water’

Noah Solt, acclaimed singer/songwriter based in SF, has released the long-awaited title track off of his forthcoming album “Big Water.” In true Solt fashion, it is a mix of indie pop and ambient genres, toeing the line oh-so-carefully and never giving up his ear for composition.

“Big Water” parallels his time spent as a professional sailor, ebbing and flowing in the ears of listeners just like waves. On the track’s recording with FAME Studios house band The Slow Burners, producer Starita shares, “It was clear that they thrived on having this creative freedom to allow things to flow. You will hear that we focused more on texture and sonics rather than a rigid formulaic song structure. I hope the listener is transported to an open sense of calm when listening to this song.”

Solt’s aim for the track is to share his experience of freedom in nature, and to urge his audience to seek the same. Just as the sea rises and falls, so do our individual paths. As the track pushes and pulls, we are invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey as Solt soundtracks our navigation through any terrain.
