Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl halftime performance has come under scrutiny by a group of fans.
Despite putting on a show widely adored by artists and viewers alike, some fans thought Gaga’s acrobatics seemed a little too familiar to P!nk‘s signature moves. Fans took to Twitter to let the ‘Raise Your Glass’ singer know she had been ripped off.

P!nk responded quickly to shut down the backlash. Posting to Instagram on Monday that fans should “squash this before it even has a chance to become a thing.” She continued to discredit herself as the founder of mid-air soaring, citing that Cirque du Soleil and Peter Pan have “been in the air for years!”
Lastly, she urged her fans to focus on more important issues going on in the country.
