“Cry for Freedom” is the latest single from prog-rock giant Mustafa Khetty’s collective ‘Morpheus Project’. Taking the progressive world by storm with poetic releases built to make listeners stop and think, the latest release was premiered on Scala Radio and showcases Mustafa’s classical side. Showcasing how diverse Mustafa’s influences truly are, previous single ‘Nights to Remember’ is explosive and unapologetic, whereas ‘Cry for Freedom’ is sensitive and delicate.
Armed with classical roots suitable to chill out to when tides are rough, ‘Cry for Freedom’ features virtuoso piano playing from Matias Chapiro ; cello from Manuel Villar Lifac; Arda Keremoğlu on guitar, Gustavo Eiriz on violin, keyboard/synthesizer and programming by Sebastian Fahey, and vocals from Zilan Küçükbalaban. An insight into the highly anticipated album coming very soon, ‘Mozaick’ is to be released in March, and before you know it, we’ll blink and February will be over.
