Rising singer-songwriter Emilia Tarrant releases striking new ballad ‘Here You Are, Again’

Today rising pop songstress Emilia Tarrant unveils her striking new ballad ‘Here You Are, Again’, produced in collaboration with Luke Potashnick (Gabrielle Aplin). Accompanied by moody piano melodies and a softly swelling track, Emilia’s voice is effortlessly graceful as she showcases her velvety tone. Every listener will be able to find a piece of themselves in Emilia’s visceral lyricism, and will be left wanting to hear more from this promising young artist.

Emilia reveals: “‘Here You Are, Again’ is a song brought on from the drop of my mental state after just entering the second lockdown of last year. After experiencing this collapse in emotion multiple times (one day feeling content, and the next, real sadness) I realised that mental health comes and goes as it pleases.  It’s really tiring, and something I had hoped wouldn’t last forever, hence the lyric: ‘maybe I was a lil naive to believe that it would be that easy’. Whether it is mental health, a complicated relationship, or the recent ups and downs of the pandemic, I feel the song is relatable to anyone who struggles with the repetitive nature of life.”

Aged only 19-years-old, Winchester hailing Emilia Tarrant has seen support from the likes of Wonderland, Mahogany, CLOUT and many more, with her single ‘If You Want Love’ (produced by Coldplay-credited Danton Supple) placing within Shazam UK’s Top 20 charts, following a sync feature on Love Island. Working with writers such as Jonathon Quarmby (Tom Walker, Lewis Capaldi) and James Walsh from Starsailor, Emilia Tarrant is set for huge things in the future.
