Masterfully gliding on top of a soothing and infectious instrumental, Toronto-based talent pablø has joined forces with fellow singer Jaz Valentino to unveil “Electric.” pablø has been involved in music throughout his entire life: taking lessons and joining his school’s band and choir led to him starting to write his first songs at 14 years old, while heavily collaborating with his brother Preston Pablo and best friend Leo IV.
“Electric” marks the two Toronto artists’ first collaboration and judging by the undeniable chemistry between their vocals, it will certainly not be the last. An immersive love song, “Electric” is driven by minimal instrumentation, while a steady dancehall beat carries the rhythm all throughout. pablø nicely showcases his vocal talents, while Jaz Valentino’s verse – which appears towards the latter half of the track – makes up for a perfect addition to the infectious, late-night vibe.
