Often compared sonically to Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Foo Fighters and Jimmy Eat World, the Yorkshire-based lads are carving out their own place in the music world, with their brand of uplifting, catchy, happy-go-lucky tunes.
Andy Warriner founded Rocketsmith almost 15 years ago as an outlet for the stories he found himself penning. At this point, the rest of the line-up were all occupied in various other musical projects across Yorkshire.
Their forthcoming single ‘Rise’ is an anthem for those who go through the mental health cycle of ‘boom’ then ‘bust’ hence the release is in close proximity to world mental health day.
