Four piece band Scattered Ashes are taking Post-Punk to new heights with their latest drop ‘This New Will’. The track’s lyricism centres around disintegration and rebirth, and is a call for action in the face of despair.
Talking about the new track, frontman Robert Dalton reveals: “A lifetime of self-denial leads to a dramatic overhaul of character; a new hope, a new urge, a new will. This is definitely our most poignant song yet.”
Scattered Ashes are an abrasive Dublin four-piece, with a dynamic sound that takes influence from Goth and Punk. With a sound reminiscent of Bauhaus, Interpol and Joy Division, Scattered Ashes pair urgent guitar stylings with prophetic vocals.
