scxtty shows that pop-punk is certainly not dead with brand new track ‘Red Camaro’

Taking pop-punk down a fresh alternative route, rising artist scxtty has shared his newest record ‘Red Camaro’. Brimming with attitude and energy, scxtty’s candid lyrics and distinctive raspy tone makes ‘Red Camaro’ a track that you don’t forget easily. Harbouring a feel-good nostalgic vibe mixed with a contemporary spin, scxtty displays that he is here to make a big impression.

Scott explained, “Red Camaro is about wanting to get out of a small town and make it big time. As cliche as it sounds it’s very honest because I’ve lived in New Jersey my whole life and really want to get out eventually and move to the west coast. To be the next big thing and be idolized like people idolized James Dean, that’s what the song entails. Wanting to live the daydream that I think about while I sit in my Psych class.”

As well as his solo project, Scott is also one third of the alternative-rock band Malibu who have sold out shows in both the House of Independents and The Stone Pony. With an abundance of musical expertise already under his belt, scxtty is an artist destined for success. Be sure to keep up to date with all of his future moves.
