Blending disco, rock and political art-pop with a radical spirit, SexyTadhg reveals ‘My Parade’ and poises for a breakthrough with the EP Sexy next month.
‘My Parade’ is a Pride anthem that calls listeners to the streets to plant a freedom flag against the current state of affairs. At just over seven minutes in length, it’s infectious and eclectic, brimming with brass sections, funk-fuelled keys and cinematic grooves.
The artist explains, “This song has given me so much strength over the last year and has connected me to others who dream of making this horrific world a safer place. I really hope everyone who hears it gets that same feeling of hope and empowerment.”
