Sleigh Bells unleash new song ‘And Saints’

Sleigh Bells are only just about a year removed from their last meteor of an album Jessica Rabbit, but the Brooklyn duo seem to have a superfluity of new tracks to share, and have announced that they will be releasing a new mini-album called Kid Kruschev next month.

Ahead of that they have shared a new single called ‘And Saints‘. The song is more stately and atmospheric than what the act is normally known for, full of propulsive synths and Alexis Krauss‘ radiant vocals, but opting for more delicate piano where you might normally expect there to be a slashing guitar riff. It’s a new style that works surprisingly well for Sleigh Bells, and certainly piques interest for the mini-album. Listen to ‘And Saints‘ below.

And Saints‘ will be the closing song of the 7-track mini album Kid Kruscev, which comes out through Lucky Number on 10th November.
