Sona, the acclaimed South London artist and songwriter, has dropped his dreamy new single, ‘Feeling You‘.
‘Feeling You‘, and it’s accompanying visuals, were premiered over at Complex UK and received its first airplay from DJ Target on BBC 1Xtra. The ATG Musick (Abra Cadabra, Sneakbo and Blade Brown), produced track infuses tropical melodies with subtle keys and percussion to create a woozy and infectious vibe. “The song was written during my time away from music, and it stemmed from these really strong emotions and experiences I had for a certain special someone, in the early stages of a long-term relationship,” The South London-native explains of the song.
“I had felt something totally different towards this person, than I had many others before and after, and that birthed the idea of this track”.
The future is looking bright for Sona having previously released a number of hits, ‘No Wahala’ and ‘Ijo Sona’, and gaining attention from MTV Base, BBC 1Xtra, Capital Xtra, Rinse FM, Radar Radio,Reprezent Radio, The FADER, GRM Daily, Link Up TV, SBTV, the MOBO Awards and more.
