Stevie Wonder sings ‘Superstition’ with busker

Stevie Wonder made a lucky busker’s day by joining him on a rendition of ‘Superstition‘ in a hotel lobby.

Grayson Erhard was performing at the Anaheim Marriott during the National Association of Music Merchant conference when the legendary singer entered the lobby and decided to join him. The pair duetted on ‘Superstition’, with Wonder whispering the words to the song’s second verse into Erhard’s ear after the budding performer admitted he’d forgotten them. Wonder later dedicated the performance to last weekend’s women’s march in Washington.

Wonder recently appeared on Jimmy Fallon‘s The Tonight Show, serenading a delighted Michelle Obama on her final TV appearance as First Lady. He also recently had a street named after him in Detroit. Of the honour, he said: “Obviously it’s an amazing feeling – unbelievable to say the least. I never imagined in my lifetime it would happen. I suppose many things in my lifetime I didn’t imagine would happen. I’m just very, very thankful.
