Starting as actors (with credits along side the likes of Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, and Michael Rapeport), the band got their momentum during the 2020 lockdowns with viral success on TikTok. Tall Boy Special’s viral hit Fictional Aisle was featured on the final episode of CBS’ “Greatest #AtHome Videos” in a segment called Cedric the Entertainer’s Picks of the Week. Fast forward to today, Tall Boy Special are certainly on their way to becoming LA’s hottest new offering.
