The Sukis release irresistible alt-rock single ‘Cherryade’

Emerging alt-rock band The Sukis have released their charming new single ‘Cherryade’, released today via LAB Records. With storming drum beats and layers of shimmering guitar riffs, The Sukis craft an energetic track with a feel-good hook. Listeners won’t be able to resist sticking ‘Cherryade’ on repeat and jamming along to the ebbs and flows of this uplifting release.

The band says of their new track: “‘Cherryade’ takes a self-reflective journey through teenage romantic affairs. An upbeat, glistening indie-rock song exploring the implications of nostalgia; through the reverb soaked guitars, dreamy synths and groovy-driving bassline. Taking different elements from early Strokes to the harmonies of Queen with traces of 90s dream-pop ambience. ‘Cherryade’ is the party anthem, the clean up and the soundtrack.”

With over 160,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, millions of streams and notable playlist support, The Sukis are making their mark with their brand of enticing garage rock. Fronted by songwriter Tige Burns and featuring keyboard player Joe Sage as well as drummer Oliver Rich, this trio has all the markings of a band set for big success.
