This interpretation of ‘Landslide’ is simply delightful as Ynana Rose serves up a unique and stirring vocal performance

California-based singer-songwriter Ynana Rose unveils a tender new take on ‘Landslide,’ reinterpreting the classic 1975 Fleetwood Mac ballad through the lens of midlife transition and acoustic folk-pop beauty.

With silky vocals, understated piano, and warm, expressive cello, the track is a loving ode to change, reflection, and the enduring strength that comes with age.

Originally added to her live set just a few years ago, Rose’s connection to the song deepened when her teenage son Luca encouraged her to record it.

“Mama, you need to record that song” he told her after a performance – so she did, with Luca contributing a heartfelt piano arrangement and Logan Castro lending lush cello to complete the intimate production.

This interpretation of ‘Landslide’ is simply delightful as Ynana Rose serves up a beautiful and radiant melody that goes hand in hand with her unique and stirring vocal performance.

A versatile and soul-stirring singer-songwriter, Ynana Rose writes from the crossroads of midlife and explores themes of assessment, reckoning, joy, and vulnerability within her work.

Raised off-grid in the wild beauty of northern California and Oregon, Rose’s country roots were nurtured by a one-station radio and a devotion to artists like Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson.
