Tommy B reveals immersive new video for track “2300”

Hailing from Bristol County, Massachusetts, Tommy B has had a passion for music for as long as he could remember.  A lifelong multi-instrumentalist, Tommy B’s sound sees him blend multiple genres together to create a unique and signature offering. His covers range anywhere from The Everly Brothers and Simon & Garfunkel to Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Tom Petty and more.

Tommy B is now back, and is unveiling the music video for his single, “2300.” Taken from his EP “B1,” “2300” is an infectious offering that features a vibrant melting pot of grooving drums, rhythmic guitars and irresistible vocal melodies. The accompanying music video is a feel-good video that really showcases Tommy’s love for his craft. “B1” is an irresistible 6-track offering that is sure to take you on a music journey.

Speaking about the debut release, Tommy B says: “‘B1’ features six songs I wrote between the ages of 17 and 23.  Half the EP is about breaking up with different girlfriends in that time period, one is about being passed over for a job opportunity I was passionate about obtaining, and the last song, ‘Aime & Chris,’ was recorded as a live take and is about the duo my father found success in during the 90s called ‘On The Rocks.’ Surviving pre-internet, there’s hardly any evidence of their existence. Other than an old mix tape of theirs, I refer to them as the band that never was. With their great musical works in mind, ‘B1’ was written.”

Having always battled with stage fright, Tommy B took other musical roles such as drummer, bassist, and more, which allowed him to perform for an audience but do so without the pressure that comes with fronting a band. After decades of studying the guitar and singing, he has finally managed to perform centre stage with all eyes on him. In his first year as a professional musician, Tommy landed 53 shows with one original song even hitting the HUGS Radio Station at WRGG in Greencastle, PA.  His second year saw 103 shows with another original song hitting the airwaves.  Now in his third year, he is on track to perform over 130 shows while releasing three albums!
