Will Joseph Cook has released his highly-anticipated new EP and shared the playful visuals for ‘If You Want To Make Money‘.
Unlike anything we’ve seen before, the video begins with a personal apology from the artist himself. He was given a budget for the video, and well, see for yourself what happens to it below. The track itself is an uplifting pop gem, filled with catchy guitar riffs and addictive basslines and proves once again Will Joseph Cook is one of the UK’s brightest up and coming artists.
“The song’s about wanting to trade your life for one you saw online” Explains Cook in a press release. “So many young people want, or compare themselves to, an LA Instagram lifestyle. The song develops to realise it’s all a front, and the people we’re aspiring to be are just as unsatisfied as we are. It’s also an anti Fiji water protest song.”
