The xx’s new album ‘I See You’ is available to stream online

The xx’s latest album ‘I See You’ is now available to stream online.

Streamable via Spotify the new album, ‘I See You’, includes the previously released hit singles ‘On Hold‘ and ‘Say Something Loving’. ‘I See You’ is the 3 piece band’s third studio album and follows up their 2012 LP ‘Coexist’.

The xx have travelled far and wide recording ‘I See You’ in numerous locations, such as London, Los Angeles, New York, Texas and Reykjavik. The Jamie Smith (Jamie xx) and Rodaidh McDonald produced album was recorded between March 2014 and August 2016 with the release date marked for today, January 13th, 2017. ‘I See You’ has been labelled as “more outward-looking, open and expansive” boasting more electronic influences than previous albums but still incorporating the group’s trademark ambience.

The band are preparing to tour in March this year and took to Facebook to let their fans know in a statement reading; “We’re back at RAK Studios in London rehearsing for our tour,”. The full 2017 tour dates are available below.
