Adele has revealed her impressive Halloween costume on Instagram. The ‘Hello’ star partied in Dallas dressed as Jim Carrey in cult classic ‘The Mask’ and it’s by far the best we’ve seen.
Boasting some seriously heavy duty prosthetics, she would have been totally unrecognisable were it not for her son’s name tattooed on her hand.
Just yesterday, news surfaced about the singer’s battle with postnatal depression after the birth of her son Angelo in 2012. The singer told Vanity Fair magazine that she felt, at the time, like she had made “the worst decision” of her life. “I love my son more than anything but on a daily basis, if I have a minute or two, I wish I could do whatever the f*** I wanted”, she openly admitted.
Adele told the US magazine that she refused to speak refused to speak about her problems at first, but once she did the depression “lifted” and she quickly realised she wasn’t alone.
She goes on to say that taking an afternoon a week to herself improved the situation. “A friend of mine said, ‘Really? Don’t you feel bad?’ I said, ‘I do, but not as bad as I’d feel if I didn’t do it.’ It makes you a better mum if you give yourself a better time.”
The interview has been released just days after it was announced she will marry Simon Konecki.
