Chvrches share mysterious new teaser video

Chvrches have shared a cryptic new video on their social media channels possibly teasing an imminent announcement.

The glitchy clip features the band’s frontwoman, Lauren Mayberry, drawing a heart in lipstick on a mirror. She then strikes through the heart with a big X as a synth-heavy backing track plays. The video’s caption simply states “GET IN” which leaves much to the imagination of the group’s fans. As well as sharing the mysterious video Chvrches appear to have deleted all of their previous tweets and Instagram posts. Check out the clip below.

The Scottish trio is due to appear at this summer’s Primavera Sound festival along with Germany’s Hurricane Festival. Their last album was called Every Open Eye and dropped back in 2015.

In addition to Chvrches, Primavera Sound will see performances from Arctic Monkeys, The National, Björk, and more.
