Daisy Clark nominated for Unsigned Music Awards ‘Best Unsigned Female’

Cornish singer-songwriter, Daisy Clark, has been nominated for the Unsigned Music AwardsBest Unsigned Female‘.

Daisy’s best known for her heartwarming acoustic adaptations, enriching originals and captivating live performances. Now, the young 19-year-old artist has beaten thousands of other acts to be named in the UK’s top ten unsigned female artists.

Earlier in 2017, Daisy pushed aside Ed Sheeran and James Bay in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter charts, claiming the No.1 spot with her cover of the 1978 Grease classic, ‘Hopelessly Devoted To You’.  Daisy’s cover reached over 12,000,000 views on Facebook alone. The young singer songwriter followed up with her debut original single, ‘Worlds Away’, which has received BBC2 radio airplay.

The awards are organised by Best of British Unsigned (B.o.B), the UK’s number one website for ‘Unsigned Music’ which supplies a weekly radio show to 70FM stations in 15 countries. The winner of each category is crowned thanks to an online public vote.

The 2017 awards are sponsored by Vocalzone who produce world-famous throat pastilles and herbal tea used by singers and voice professionals.
