Dolly Parton has hinted at what could be the biggest collaboration of her career.
The country legend was the recipient – and participant – of tribute performance dedicated to her impressive career at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony last Sunday (10th February).
K-Pop supergroup BTS, who were attending the awards show for the first time to present a Grammy, were caught on camera dancing along to Dolly and goddaughter Miley Cyrus’ duet of ‘Jolene’.
The highly GIF-able moment blew up on social media and left fans eager to see a cross-genre collaboration between the two artists.
People, even those who may not have known them yet, are freaking out over the BTS/Jolene Grammy moment for a simple reason: their pure, joyous love for music. They aren't afraid to geek out and it's incredibly charming and contagious. US awards shows SORELY NEED this energy.

And if the country icon’s Twitter is anything to go by, that seemingly unlikely pairing could well be on the table.
Maybe my next #Jolene collab will be with @BTS_twt? What do y'all think? #GRAMMYs pic.twitter.com/d64K6sUSmY
