Hanson call Justin Bieber’s music “chlamydia of the ears”

Hanson have compared Justin Bieber‘s music to a sexually transmitted disease in a new interview.

The band of brothers, Zac, Taylor and Isaac Hanson, who is best known for their 1997 hit ‘MMMbop‘ have recently announced their 25th-anniversary tour.

In a recent interview with the Australian radio station, Hit107 FM, the trio were played a number of songs and had to guess what they were. During the task, the brothers failed to correctly identify Bieber’s collaboration with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, ‘Despacito‘. Following this, one of the brothers said: “Can I just say I’m glad I didn’t know what that was

He continued: “I prefer not to get any venereal diseases so whenever Justin Bieber[‘s songs] gets near me or near my ears… It’s just ear infections, they’re terrible.

Another Hanson member then chimed in describing the track as, “Chlamydia of the ear, it sucks.

The 90’s artists have claimed they have still not heard a decent cover of their iconic ‘MMMbop‘ song yet.

Zac Hanson said, “I think ‘MMMBop’ probably needs a really good cover…” before Taylor added: “Someone needs to either make it totally their own in a genuinely unique way, or it needs to be a band that has a sensibility for old R&B. Fitz and the Tantrums could maybe do it…

If Bruno Mars were interested, he’d probably find a way to kill it,” Isaac then suggested.
