It’s been announced that Jeremy Corbyn will introduce Run The Jewels at Glastonbury Festival’s main stage next Saturday.
The Labour party leader has previously been praised by RTJ’s Killer Mike who compared his leftwing movement to that of Bernie Sanders.
Speaking to The Guardian, Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis explained that “I’m so looking forward to it. He really is the hero of the hour, and he’s so refreshing. We’re going to make some major changes in our society.” He continued, “There’ll be a way of financing it somehow, there has to be – this is the future of the country, and young people are so into it. It’s bloody brilliant!”
This morning in a now-deleted tweet, El-P said: “that thing where you wake up, get stoned and check twitter only to find out jeremy corbyn is introducing you at glasto.”
