The heat is on as Katie Hopkins, the controversial news columnist, has accepted Ellie Goulding’s invitation to join her in a charity boxing match.
The 2007 Apprentice candidate turned journalist encompasses, if not thrives off, controversy and has been accused of being racist, classist and much more in the past. Her Daily Mail articles and tweets commonly cause quite a stir in the social-sphere usually creating a media backlash from not only the public but celebrities alike.
Goulding and Hopkins have scrapped it out before on Twitter with Goulding calling for Hopkins to “delete your account” following provocative remarks with Hopkins simply responding “Ellie. It is never going to happen. Stop talking now lovely, that pitch sets the dogs off.”

After Bring Me The Horizon’s Jordan Fish suggested they have a charity boxing match it looks like that may soon become a reality. After Goulding seemingly prompted the challenge tweeting that she was “so, so down” for the brawl Hopkins provokingly tweeted out an image of her recent brain surgery scar boasting
