Lana Del Rey has covered Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice‘s composition for Evita, ‘You Must Love Me‘.
The track was originally recorded by Madonna with Del Rey’s rendition due to appear on a new hits collection LP by Webber. The record, Unmasked: The Platinum Collection, is set for release on 16th March and will accompany his forthcoming memoir. Madonna also features on the new album with a cover of ‘Another Suitcase In Another Hall‘ as well as Nicole Scherzinger doing ‘Memory‘ from Cats. Last month the ‘Blue Jeans‘ singer surprised fans who were performing a karaoke version of her Lust For Life song ‘Cherry‘ on stage. She appears behind them and joins in with the song and choreography. Watch that here.
