Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds share ‘Holy Mountain’ video

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have shared the video for their recently released track, ‘Holy Mountain‘.

Having already spoken out about his love for the track Noel said: “It was one of the first things David and I did on the first week of working together. I knew instantly that it was going to be the first single. There’s so much joy in it. Until the day I die, it will be one of my favourite pieces of music that I’ve ever written. It sounds great live. My kids love it, my friends’ kids all love it and I am sure ‘the kids’ will love it.

The band have now unveiled the trippy visuals for the new single. The clip shows shots of the former Oasis member and his band performing the song with splashes of psychedelic colour and lyrics. Watch the video for ‘Holy Mountain‘ below.

Holy Mountain‘ will appear on Gallagher’s new solo album, Who Built The Moon?, which will arrive on Friday 24th November.

Many have likened the new track to Ricky Martin‘s classic pop hit, ‘She Bangs‘, whilst Noel’s brother Liam Gallagher took to Twitter to voice his opinions. Liam tweeted: “Holy mountain eh where do I start who built the moon where do I end”, before adding, “As long as his mrs likes it as you fucking were onwards and upwards”.
