Northern Ireland’s Newest Dream Pop Act Beauty Sleep – Now Have Remixes

Beauty Sleep Band Shot copy 2

Northern Ireland is becoming a hotspot of dreamy pop acts. The latest edition of this is Beauty Sleep, a 3-piece that site influence from local heroes Two Door Cinema Club.

Beauty Sleep released their debut single ‘The Dark’ back in February to some pretty overwhelming support from the likes of The Sun and The Irish Times. With pretty empathic songwriting and dreamy synths it’s easy to see the general appeal. Everybody loves a bit of dreamy pop, but only when it’s done properly and the band seemed to have nailed the trademark sound Beach House and put their own spin on it.

Music Crowns has the honor of premiering the singles remix package today, which consists of 4 different versions of the song.

The remixes include some very talented producers who happen to include friends and family of the band. Rory Friers (a member of the band And So I Watch You From Afar) produced the Thrash Hat remix. The Matue remix is by old schoolmate and producer Maitiu Kearns who has already begun making waves in the Belfast music scene on his own whilst the EZPZ remix which was actually created by producer Feargus Murphy, the brother of Cheylene from Beauty Sleep.

Check these tunes out below with the original version of The Dark and find more of Beauty Sleep soon on these socials.
