SYS Sister Sounds launches their first Electronic Series in Saigon, Vietnam this Saturday 19th July at Piu Piu, Broma Not Bar featuring DJs Maggie Tra, Vivienne Wu and Yosei.
The new club event series comes as founder of SSS DJ/Producer Maggie Tra relocates to Saigon, splitting her time between Saigon, Vietnam and Sydney, Australia.
Pho The Girls parties are founded by Maggie Tra and features events from DJs that Tra has taught personally through DJ workshops, in addition to inviting female and non-binary DJs who inspire PTG.
In this first edition PTG invited Taiwanese DJ/Producer Vivienne Wu, her journey in the realm of music began amidst the vibrant rave and EDM scene that enveloped Canada in 1996. Growing up in Vancouver, she was captivated by the pulsating beats and infectious energy of electronic dance music during that time.
Saigon DJ Yosei will also be spinning that evening. The emerging DJ plays electronic, techno music, fusing emotions into sounds making her sets inclusive and the dance-floor buzzing. Tra will bring her original productions and electronic sounds through-out the evening too.
The event aims to feature all female, NB and trans line-up to showcase and empower local talent and beyond.
