Rap megastar and business mogul Rick Ross has recently posted yet another Instagram video, this time sending a shout out to UK based artist Potter Payper, who is making major waves following winning arguably the most prestigious award in UK rap, the MOBo award for album of the year. Rick Ross was sure to send him a big congratulations, as well as sending bottles of Belaire for him to celebrate.
