Israeli artist Stav Helen has officially inked a deal with Heart Songs Music Group joining a formidable roster of artists including Cory Singer, The Bacon Bros. (Sound Mind Network), Joyce Kennedy (Mothers Finest). With influences like Stevie Wonder and Arthea Franklin, Stav likes to inject a little soul into the typical pop music scene. Stav claims to be a “musician since day one” as she has been writing and performing music since she was about 14 years old. Keeping things authentic, Stav likes to write about her own personal experiences and emotions. She said “As a kid who struggled to share her feelings and thoughts and used a lot of humor to be loved, writing was the best thing I did. In a way it set me free.”
Stav has toured all over Israel as well as a few states in the U.S. but she’s ready to go global. She is working closely with her team at Heart Songs to develop her debut album which is set to be released internationally in 2023. Stav has collaborated with a number of other artists, composers, and arrangers to make this album into what she knows it can be. Listeners can expect to hear impactful runs, deep and sultry alto power, and a refreshing perspective in her lyrics and instrumentation.
